ASEAN’s Leading Trade Show for Electric Vehicle Ecosystems
Indonesian government‘s ambitious target of producing 600,000 electric vehicles by 2030 marks a significant move towards sustainable transportation. Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Coordinating Minister for Maritime and Investment Affair of Indonesia said this could reduce carbon emission of CO2 up to 160,000 tons per year. The other significant supports by the government are first, Indonesian government is providing tax incentives and subsidies for electric and hybrid cars, also electric motorcycles. Second, the government’s commitment in building public electric vehicle charging stations to reach 32,000 charging stations by 2030. By establishing a network of electric vehicle charging stations accessible to public, not only support current electric vehicle owners but also encourage more individuals and business to make the switch to electric vehicles. EV & Charging Indonesia 2026 is returning its 5th edition with a bigger scale, together with INAPA 2026, Transport & Logistics 2026, and CON-MINE 2026 will be held on 20 – 22 May 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta – Indonesia.
